What happens to my server when I add an Assisted Service Plan?

When you add an Assisted Service Plan to an server our technicians must first reprovision the server. This erases any data on the server. Before starting the Assisted Server upgrade process you should back up all of your server's data. We are not responsible for the loss of any data during the server's reprovision.
