What do I do once I've purchased Website Design or Web Store Design Services?
After purchasing a Dream Design Service, log in to the Design Manager. Here you begin providing information, design ideas and making decisions that help your designer create the perfect site for you.
You can stop at any point during the process and easily return when you're ready to continue. This is convenient and also gives you time to reflect on your answers.
After you complete the basic information, you can start sending your content. Site content can include images, logos, text and other files related to your website. The site-building process does not begin until our design team receives all the content for your site.
For Standard Plans, you select a page layout from our professionally designed collection. Take a look at our page layouts and pick one or two that you like.
To send us your content, log in to the Design Manager. If you need assistance, you can contact the Dream Design Team® by clicking the Messages Tab, or Send Message. You can also click Call Me, I Need Help, and a Design Specialist will contact you within 24 hours, during business hours.
