Managing Message Highlighting in Workspace Email
Workspace Webmail can highlight your emails in colors based on rules you set. This makes it easier to notice important emails and organize your inbox.
NOTE: Workspace Webmail can only highlight each email in one color.
To Set Message Highlighting Rules
- Log in to HostingDude Account LOGIN.
- From the Settings menu, select Message Highlighting.
- Click Add New.
- Select the rule based on one of the email's fields, enter the value to activate the highlight when present in that field, select its color, and then click OK.
To change a highlighting rule's priority, click the up or down arrow next to the rule.
To edit or delete a message highlighting rule, from the Actions column, click Edit or Delete.
