Using the FTP File Manager Filmstrip Feature

NOTE: Before you start, click here to see which version of the FTP File Manager is in your Control Panel. This help article applies to the Classic FTP File Manager. This feature is not available in the New FTP File Manager.

The Filmstrip feature in the FTP File Manager displays all images within a single directory in a filmstrip. In this mode, you can click an image to view it or click the arrows to view the previous or next photo in the filmstrip.

To Use the Filmstrip Feature

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
4. From the Tools section, click FTP File Manager.
5. Use the directory tree to navigate to the directory that stores the images you want to view.
6. Click the Filmstrip Button. This action opens the Filmstrip window.
7. Click the left-arrow and right-arrow buttons to view each image in the selected directory or click a specific image to view it.
8. Click the List button to return to the list of images.
