What are standard and custom questions?
You can capture basic demographic information about your Contacts using standard questions. Standard questions display by default and cannot be modified. You decide which default standard questions to include on your sign-up form and which ones to define as required answers.
You can gather more precise and detailed information about your Contacts by creating custom questions and including them on your sign-up form. Custom questions are useful for segmenting your customers and getting to know their preferences. These can support text or number answers, specific replies, such as date and phone number, or multiple answers in the form of a list or check box.
