Removing Contacts from Express Email Marketing
As your Contact and client base changes, you can remove Contacts from your Express Email Marketing® campaign.
To Individually Remove Contacts from Express Email Marketing
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Next to the account you want to use, click Launch.
- Click Contacts, and then click View Contacts.
- Select the Contact email address.
- From the Actions list, select Remove.
- Click Go.
To Bulk Remove Contacts from Express Email Marketing
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Next to the account you want to use, click Launch.
- Click Contacts, and then click Remove Contacts.
- Click Browse to locate the TXT or CSV file containing the email addresses to remove. The file should be formatted with the email addresses listed in a single column
- Click Import File.
