Viewing the Product Sales Report

In the Reseller Control Center, you can use the Product Sales Report to compare two sales periods. For example, you can compare this month's sales to last month's sales.
You can filter the results by product type, order type, and customer type. For each product displayed, the results include the number of units and orders, the amount of revenue generated and commission earned, and the difference between the two sales periods.
To View the Product Sales Report
- Log in to your HostingDude Account LOGIN.
- Go to the Reports tab.
- From Sales and Commission, select Products Sales Report.
- In the Sales Period #1 section, from Show, select one of the following time periods:
- Today — Displays the product sales for today.
- This Week — Displays the product sales for the current calendar week.
- Last Week — Displays the product sales for the previous calendar week.
- Prior Seven Days — Displays the product sales for the seven days prior to today.
- This Month — Displays the product sales for the current month.
- Last Month — Displays the product sales for the previous month.
- This Quarter — Displays the product sales for the current quarter.
- Last Quarter — Displays the product sales for the previous quarter.
- Last Six Months — Displays the product sales for the previous six months (including the current month).
NOTE: To change the date range that displays in the Date field, click the calendar icon.
- In the Sales Period #2 section, from Show, select the time period you want to view.
- For Product Type, select a product. To display data for all of the products you offer, select Products.
- For Order Type, select one of the following filter options:
- All Orders — Displays all orders without filtering them.
- New Purchases — Displays only new purchases customers made during this sales period.
- Refunds — Displays only orders that you refunded during this sales period.
- Renewals — Displays only orders that renewed during this sales period.
- For Customer Type, select one of the following filter options:
- All Customers — Displays all customers.
- New Customers — Displays only product sales for customers that were new during this sales period.
- Existing Customers — Displays only product sales for customers that existed prior to this sales period.
- Click View Report. Your search results display.
- Do any of the following:
- To print your search results, click Print.
- To export your search results, click Export.
- To view the sales details for a specific product, click its link in the Product Group column.
