Resending Verification Email Messages for Certified Domains

As part of the Certified Domain process, we verify the domain's email address, as listed in the Registrant, Administrative, and Technical contact information in the Whois database. We send the verification to the email addresses listed for contacts. The contacts must complete the verification by clicking the hyperlink in the email message or by entering the verification code in the domain manager. If the domain contacts haven't verified their email address, you can resend the verification email messages through the Domain Manager.
To Resend Verification Email Messages for Certified Domain
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Next to Domains, click Launch.
- Click Verify in the Certified Domains column, in the same row as the domain you want to verify.
- Click Verify in the Certified Domain row of the Domain Enhancements section.
- Click Resend Verification Email for each contact you want to re-send the email to.
- Click OK.
