If a contact opts out of receiving emails from my company, can they opt back in?
Yes. With Express Email Marketing®, if a contact opted out of receiving campaign email from you in the past, and now wants to opt back in, there are two methods to opt in again.
To Opt In Using an Existing Campaign Footer Link
Each campaign email contains a footer that includes a link for the recipient to change their email preferences or unsubscribe. If the contact has one of these emails, they can change their email preference by using the link.
To Opt In by Visiting the Sign Up Form URL
Direct the customer to the sign up form on your website. From there, they can directly opt in to your contact list.
