Setting up Nameservers for the Parallels Small Business Control Panel
The Parallels Small Business Panel automatically creates a zone file for any domain you set up. Once the zone file is created, there are two additional steps: registering domain hosts and specifying your domain hosts as nameservers. Once these steps are completed, you can use the domain to access your website, email, and other services.
TIP: If you haven't added your domain name to the server, see Adding a Domain Name and Creating a Website in the Parallels Small Business Panel.
NOTE: It can take up to 48 hours before your domain name resolves to your IP address. This period is referred to as the propagation period. Once this period passes, all services such as the website and email will work for the domain you set up on the server.
To Register Your Domain Hosts
Once you set up a domain name for your server, you need to create and register two domain hosts for your domain name. If your domain name is registered with us, you can complete this step in your account with us. If your domain name is registered with another company, you will need to contact them for instructions regarding domain host registration.

NOTE: The two domain hosts you create can be used for other domain names hosted on your server. You do not need to create new domain hosts for each of your domain names.
To Specify Your Domain Hosts as Nameservers
Now that you have created and registered two domain hosts, you need to set the nameservers for your domain name to point to your dedicated/Virtual Private Server (VPS). See Setting Nameservers for Your Domain Names, choose I have specific nameservers for my domains, and enter the names of the domain hosts you created in the previous step.
