Upgrading/Downgrading Your Express Email Marketing Plan

If your Contact list changes, you can change your Express Email Marketing® plan to support a different volume of Contacts.

To Upgrade Your Express Email Marketing Plan

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Express Email Marketing.
3. Click Options for the account you want to manage.
4. Click the Customize tab.
5. In Plan, select the Express Email Marketing plan you want to switch to.
6. Click Add to Cart.
7. Click Checkout, and then complete the checkout process to complete your upgrade.

To Downgrade Your Express Email Marketing Plan

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Express Email Marketing.
3. Click Options for the account you want to manage.
4. Click the Customize tab.
5. In Plan, select the Express Email Marketing plan you want to switch to.
6. Click Save Changes to confirm your selection.
7. Close the Customize window.
