Why did my Website Protection Site Scanner seal disappear?

Your Website Protection Site Scanner site seal disappeared for one of the following reasons:
- Your site contains malware links or phishing exploits.
- You have not corrected issues for a failing score within 72 hours.
If Site Scanner identifies malware or phishing exploits on your website, your site seal stops displaying. You must fix the problems in your website and let Site Scanner re-scan to verify your resolution before the seal will display on your site again.
If your website fails a daily scan, you must fix the problems in your website within 72 hours and let Site Scanner re-scan to verify your resolution. If your site fails a re-scan after 72 hours, the seal stops displaying.
To reactivate your site seal, you must correct the issues in your website. If you have questions about an issue, contact our security experts by clicking the blue icon — — to submit questions in a ticket, or call the phone number listed on your Site Scanner dashboard.
After you fix the issues in your website, return to Site Scanner and click the green icon — — to resolve the issue. Site Scanner scans your site within 24 hours to verify the resolution and provide updated results. Your site seal is restored when your site receives a passing score.
