If you receive this error, you must change the domain name's DNS through the account where it is registered. If the domain name is registered in another account with us, see Managing DNS for Your Domain Name for information on making changes. If it's registered through another registrar, contact them for assistance.

This error occurs when you use the Hosting Control Panel to adjust a domain name's DNS settings, but the hosting account does not have control of the domain name's DNS records.
