Managing Individual Photo Album Files with Online Storage
You can use Online Storage to manage files in your Photo Album account.
To Manage Photo Album Files with Online Storage
- Log in to Online Storage.
- Navigate to the file you want to manage by clicking Image Files, and then click the Gallery the file is located in.
- Right-click on the file to display the Actions menu:
- Launch Photo Album — Opens your Photo Album account in a new window.
- Quick View — Opens the file in a preview window.
- Download — Downloads the file to a chosen destination folder on your local drive.
- Copy/Move — Moves the file to a chosen destination folder in Online Storage.
NOTE:Select Leave copy in current location to make a copy of the file.
- Rename — Renames the file in Online Storage and your Photo Album account.
- Delete — Deletes the file from Online Storage and your Photo Album account.
- Public Link — Sends a link to selected recipients to view the file.
- Cancel — Closes the Actions menu.
Managing Photo Album Galleries with Online Storage
You can use Online Storage to manage galleries in your Photo Album account.
To Manage Photo Album Galleries with Online Storage
- Log in to Online Storage.
- Click Image Files, and then right-click the Gallery to display the Actions menu:
- Launch Photo Album — opens your Photo Album account in a new window.
- Quick View — Opens the icon in a preview window.
- Download — Downloads the gallery to a chosen destination folder on your local drive.
- Copy/Move — Moves the gallery to a chosen destination folder in Online Storage.
NOTE:Select Leave copy in current location to make a copy of the gallery.
- Rename — Renames the gallery in Online Storage and your Photo Album account.
- Delete — Deletes the file from Online Storage and your Photo Album account.
- Public Link — Sends a link to selected recipients to view the contents of the gallery.
- Cancel — Closes the Actions menu.
Managing Photo Album with Online Storage
You can use Online Storage to manage limited features in your Photo Album account.
To Manage Photo Album with Online Storage
- Log in to Online Storage.
- Right-click Image Files to display the Actions menu:
- Launch Photo Album — Opens your Photo Album account in a new window.
- Quick View — Opens the icon in a preview window.
- Copy — Copies the Photo Album to a chosen destination folder in Online Storage.
- Cancel — Closes the Actions menu.
