Updating Your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising Budget
You can update your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising budget at any time to match seasonal changes in your website's traffic. Just as you might consider adding funds a few months before you expect a rush of business, you can also stop funding your ad campaign to pause it during off-season or downtime.
When you pause your ad campaign, you retain access to the other features of Premium Search Engine Visibility including:

To Update Your Search Engine Visibility Online Advertising Budget
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Search Engine Visibility.
- Click Options for the account you want to update.
- Click Customize.
- Enter a monthly or pre-pay advertising budget amount. To stop funding, enter 0.
- Click Update.
If you decreased your budget:
- Click Save Changes to confirm, and then close the Options box.
NOTE: If you decrease your monthly budget, changes take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
If you increased your budget:
- Click Add to Cart.
- Click Checkout, and then complete your purchase.
- Click Save Changes to confirm, and then close the Options box.
When working with your budget, consider how many search engines you want to display your ad. You can opt to advertise on only Google®, or you can add Bing® and Yahoo!® in the mix. While you can reach more people by advertising with more search engines, you should double your monthly budget because the funds are shared — half your budget goes to Google, the other half is shared between Yahoo! and Bing.
