Setting up Online Storage in the Workspace Control Center
After purchasing Online Storage, you set up your account and specify preferences. Once setup is complete, it might take up to 30 minutes for your Online Storage account to become active. If you're using the Email Control Center, please see Setting Up Online Storage.
To Set Up Online Storage
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Online Storage.
- Next to the account you want, click Launch.
- Click View Files.
- Click Create. The Create Account window displays.
- Enter the email address you want to use, enter a password, confirm the password, and then click Create.
- Complete the following fields:
- Email — Select the email address you want to associate with your Online Storage account. If you do not want to associate an email address, select None Associated.
- Username — Enter the user name you want to log in to Online Storage.
- Password & Enter the password you want to use.
- Confirm password — Confirm the password you want to use.
- Plan — Select the Online Storage plan you want to use.
- Click Create.
