Emailing Attendees with Calendar
You can use Calendar to email attendees additional meeting invitations, or messages. To do so, you must add events, and then add invitees to those events. For more information, see Scheduling Calendar Events. You can then use this feature, for example, to email reminders to attendees who have yet to accept your invitations, or send updates about events.
To Resend Meeting Invitations
- Log in to your HostingDude Account LOGIN.
- Double-click the event you want to use. The Edit Event window displays.
- Go to the top-right corner, and then double-click the Envelope Icon. The Resend Invitation window displays.
- From the Send email to section, select the attendees you want to receive invitations.
- Select Resend meeting invite, and then click Send.
To Send Messages
- Log in to your HostingDude Account LOGIN.
- Double-click the event you want to use. The Edit Event window displays.
- Go to the top-right corner, and then double-click the Envelope Icon. The Resend Invitation window displays.
- From the Send email to section, select the attendees you want to receive invitations.
- Select Send new email message.
- Enter a Subject and Details, and then click Send.
