Paying for Orders with iDEAL
We offer iDEAL as a payment option to our customers making purchases in Euros. Because iDEAL is an Internet Banking Payment, it's only available to customers who use banks associated with iDEAL, which are located in the Netherlands and its territories.
NOTE: iDEAL is a "delayed payment method." For more information, see Viewing Your Pending Orders.
To Add iDEAL to Your Account
- When you enter the shopping cart, make sure you select Euro as your Currency.
- Select iDEAL as your payment method.
- Agree to any legal agreements, and then click Place Order Now.
- Complete the iDEAL checkout process.
FAQ
- Can you refund purchases made with iDEAL?
- Yes, but we cannot refund them back to your iDEAL or bank account. All iDEAL refunds will be issued as In-Store Credit.
- Why don't I see the receipt for the purchase I made with iDEAL?
- iDEAL is considered a delayed payment method and using our Pending Orders page. For more information, see Viewing Your Pending Orders.
