Exporting an Express Email Marketing Survey Results Summary Report

You can export your Express Email Marketing Survey Results Summary Report to download results to your computer. Exported results are deleted automatically from your Express Email Marketing account after 3 days.
You can export results, or click Print on the Survey Results Summary page to print your results.
Exporting Your Survey Results Summary Report
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Go to the Express Email Marketing Account list, click Launch for the account you want to manage.
- From the Reports menu, select Summary Reports.
- From the Export menu, select Export This View.
- Optional Select Notify me with a link when report is finished, and then enter your email address.
- Optional Click Begin Export.
It can take up to 24 hours to export your survey results. When the export is complete, we send a notification to the email address you provided, and include a hyperlink to download your results. Click the Download it now hyperlink to save results to your computer.
You also export results from recent exports to compare survey results.
Viewing Recent Exports
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Go to the Express Email Marketing Account list, and then click Launch for the account you want to manage. The Site Surveys tab displays.
- From the Reports menu, select Summary Reports.
- From the Export menu, select View Recent Exports.
- From the Download Survey Results list, select the survey, and then click Download.
