Scheduling an Express Email Marketing Survey to Close
You can schedule Express Email Marketing surveys to close on specific dates or after a specified number of responses.
To Schedule a Survey to Close
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Go to the Express Email Marketing Account list, and then click Launch for the account you want to manage.
- From the natigation bar, select Surveys.
- Select the unpublished survey you want to publish.
- Click Publish for the survey you want to publish. The Publish Survey page displays.
- Go to the Publish Survey window, and then under Close survey, select one of the following options:
- Never — leaves this survey open until you manually close it.
- On — lets you specify a date for this survey to close (applies at 11:59PM on the previous day).
- After xx responses — closes the survey after a specified number of responses are received.
- Under When survey is completed, select Show confirmation message or Redirect to URL, and then enter the message details in the text box.
- Under Survey preferences, if you do not want people to take the survey multiple times, select Do not allow respondents to complete this survey more than once.
- Click Publish.
NOTE: You can change the close date for an active survey by clicking the Edit icon for that survey.
