Can I delete the email address field in my Express Email Marketing survey?

No, you cannot delete the Email field in the contact information question. The survey contact information question lets you gather information about respondents and relay that information to a contact record. The Email field is required to associate each respondent's contact information with their survey response(s) and contact record.
