Sending Copies of Email to Other Addresses in the Workspace Control Center
You can send copies of every email you receive to other email addresses using copies in the Workspace Control Center. Copying your emails stores them in both email address, which counts toward your email account's maximum storage capacity.
To Send Copies
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Email.
- In the Email Account list, next to the account you want to edit, click Launch.
- Click View Email.
- Select the account you want to change, hover over the (menu icon), and then click Edit. The Edit Account window displays.
- Go to the Email tab.
- Select Send copy of incoming email to:, and then enter the addresses to receive copies. You can enter multiple addresses separated by commas.
- Click Save.
