How do I get help with my dedicated server?
If you need help with your dedicated server account, you can describe the nature of the problem in a trouble ticket through the Dedicated Hosting Manager. Alternatively, you may contact Customer Support directly for assistance.
To Open a Trouble Ticket
- In the Dedicated Hosting Manager, under Support, click Trouble Ticket. The Trouble Ticket Wizard displays.
- Enter your contact information, including an email address and phone number.
- Enter a summary and a detailed description of your issue under Trouble Ticket Description.
- Click Continue.
- Review your trouble ticket information and click Submit.
