Adding Rules to Filter Messages
Web-Based Email can automatically filter your emails into folders based on rules you set. For more information about creating folders, see Creating and Managing Folders in Workspace Email.
To Set Message Filtering Rules
- Log in to HostingDude Account LOGIN.
- From the Settings menu, select Message Filters.
- Click Add New.
- Select the rule based on one of the email's fields, enter the value to activate the filter, select which folder to move the email to, and then click OK.
To change a filtering rule's priority, click the up or down arrow next to the rule.
To edit or delete a filtering rule, from the Actions column, click Edit or Delete.
