What is the difference between a disabled contact and a contact removed from the list database?
In Express Email Marketing®, a disabled status indicates the last campaign mailing to the Contact's email address encountered a soft bounce. To include the Contact in email campaigns, you must change the Contact's status to Active.
Contacts are removed from the list database when your email encounters a hard bounce. To include the Contact in future email campaigns, you must use the List Import feature to add the Contact to your list. The Contact can also sign up to receive email campaigns by completing the sign-up form on your website.
