What comes next after I read a message with Webmail?
Once you read a message with Webmail, there are a few things you can do with it. After you review the contents of your emails, you can perform any of the following actions:
- Reply — Opens an email message addressed to the contact in the From field. This is most often the sender of the original email. You message displays in a thread, following any emails that came before it.
- Reply to All — Opens an email message addressed to the contact in the From field and any contacts in the To, Cc and Bcc fields. These are often the sender of the original email and its recipients. Your message displays in a thread, following any emails that came before it.
- Forward — Opens an email message you can address to a recipient you choose. You can include a message of your own, which displays in a thread that includes the original message. For more information, see Composing Email in Workspace Email.
- Delete — Moves the message to your Trash folder, where it remains until you move it or purge your Trash folder, permanently deleting its contents. For more information, see Deleting and Purging Email Messages.
- Purge — Permanently deletes the message. This action saves time if you're sure you no longer want to view the message, because it doesn't move it to your Trash folder, where it remains until you permanently deleting its contents. For more information, see Deleting and Purging Email Messages.
