Printing and Viewing Express Email Marketing Survey Results
Your Survey Results Summary provides snapshot and detailed information for each question and respondent of surveys. You can also apply filters to view results for specific responses.
Viewing Survey Results
To View the Survey Results
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Go to the Express Email Marketing Account list, and then click Launch for the account you want to manage.
- From the navigation bar, select Surveys.
- For the survey you want to view, click the Report icon. The Survey Results Summary page displays the results by question.
- Under Reports, click Survey Results Summary to view results, or click Survey Respondents to view a list of respondents.
NOTE: You can also access the Survey Results Summary page by selecting Reports from the navigation bar. To view results for a specific survey, select the survey name from the drop-down menu.
Sorting Results
To Sort Results
There are several ways to apply filters. The filters consist of the following options:
- Click Filter next to a response to see results for respondents who selected that answer.
- Click Those who responded or did not respond to apply those filters.
- For text field question types, click View Responses to view answers from each respondent.
NOTE: You can apply as many filters as you want to narrow the results. Click Clear all filters to remove filters and go back to the results summary.
Printing Results
To Print Results
You can print the survey results for additional viewing.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Go to the Express Email Marketing Account list, and then click Launch for the account you want to manage.
- Select the Reports icon for the survey you want to view.
- Apply any filters to sort the information as desired.
- Click Print. The results print as displayed in the current view.
