Using Express Email Marketing Survey Question Types
When you create surveys, you can add up to 50 questions using several common question types. For each question type, you will provide the question and any additional data needed to set up the survey question. In addition to the general contact information, the available question types are:
Single-answer Multiple Choice
Use a single-answer multiple choice to limit the respondent to selecting just one answer. This question type works best with questions respondents can answer with yes/no or for questions which only have one answer such as "I am...Male/Female."

Multi-answer Multiple Choice
When you want more than a single response, use the multi-answer question type to provide respondents with the option to select multiple answers. This question type is often used to gather as much information as possible from a respondent, such as interests and/or requests.

List
Use a (drop-down) list when you want the respondent to select one answer from many options. List question types let you provide many answer options, much like single-answer multiple choice questions, while taking up less room on your survey page.
Rating Scale
A rating scale question lets you provide a numerical range, with or without labels, for the respondent to measure their response.
You can add up to 50 questions to each survey.
NOTE: Surveys will display as one page. Express Email Marketing surveys do not provide multiple page surveys.
