Premium Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificates are available to registered business entities in the following countries:

- Malaysia
- Mexico
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Philippines
- Singapore
- South Africa
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- United States (including Puerto Rico)
Deluxe Individual Secure certificates currently CANNOT be issued to individuals in the following countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Sudan
- Syria
Deluxe Corporate Secure certificates, Driver Signing certificates and Code Signing certificates can be issued only to registered business entities in the following countries:
