Resending an Express Email Marketing Campaign
You can resend an Express Email Marketing® campaign to contacts who did not originally receive it because of a bounceback or non-validated opt-in status.
To Resend an Express Email Marketing Campaign
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Click Launch for the Express Email Marketing account you want to manage.
- Go to the Campaigns tab. The View Email Campaigns page displays.
- Find the existing campaign you want to resend, and then select one of the following:
- Click to resend the campaign to new Contacts.
- Click to resend the campaign to bounced Contacts.
- Click OK. The campaign scheduler immediately sends the campaign to the previously omitted recipients.
NOTE: You cannot resend campaigns to certain types of bouncebacks. See Can I re-send an Express Email Marketing campaign? for more information.
