Building an Opt-in Confirmation Email
If your Express Email Marketing® account is placed on a temporary hold, you need to clean your Contact list or send an opt-in email to your contacts.
Building a confirmation email is only an option if your account is placed on a temporary hold. This option is not a regular feature of Express Email Marketing.
The text of the confirmation email is already written. You can, however, customize portions of the email.
To Build an Opt-In Confirmation Email
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Click Launch for the account you want to modify.
- Click Sign-Up Forms
- Select a template.
NOTE: You can edit the company name, address, and logo through the Account Settings menu.
- From the Sign-Up Form Details list, select a language.
NOTE: The Email Language option does not translate custom text you enter. Only the default message and the required text in the confirmation email are translated.
- In the Form title field, enter a title.
- In the Form introduction field, enter a custom message to display at the beginning of every opt-in email, and click Next.
- Complete required fields.
- Click Preview to view your confirmation email, and then copy and paste the sign-up form code to your website.
